Ibuka USA is composed of adherent and honorary members concerned about genocide prevention and supporting genocide survivors.  

Adherent Members: They are survivors of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, who align with the Ibuka USA mission and vision and have expressed the desire to join the organization. 

Honorary Members: They are individuals that have distinguished themselves as genocide survivors’ allies and friends and share the Ibuka USA’s mission and vision. Each individual has the right to apply for membership to be approved by the baord.
